Shipping Policy

1. Shipping: shop.mokopuna.com will ship throughout the world, except for the African continent (due to prohibitive freight charges). Please note that mokopuna merino takes no responsibility for the payment of customs duties, import and other such taxes or levies as the freighted product may attract. Payment of such fees remains the responsibility of the purchaser. We anticipate all orders to be with our customers within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed. If a delay is expected for any reason, we will be in touch.

2. Prices: All prices shown are in the local currency of the viewer:

- New Zealand: $NZD

- Australia: $AUD

- UK: £GBP

- Europe incl Ireland; Scandinavia: €EURO

- USA: $USD

- All other countries: $USD

3. Freight (Shipping) charges:

UK: free on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 pay £5 per item (max freight charge £10)

European Continent (including Ireland, Scandinavia, Russia, Turkey, Balkan states): free on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 pay €5 per item (max freight charge €10)

USA: free on all orders over USD $75. Orders under USD $75 pay USD $7.50 per item (max freight charge USD $15)

Australia: free on all orders over AUD $50. Orders under AUD $50 pay AUD $2.50 per item (max freight charge AUD $10)

New Zealand: free on all orders over NZD $50. Orders under NZD $50 pay NZD $2.50 per item (max freight charge NZD $10)

Rest of World: freight charges are included in the total price of each product.

4. Payment Methods:

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You will be required to provide your name, credit card number, expiration date, and the CVV number on the back of your card.
PayPal is a unique way to send money online, to anyone who has an email account. PayPal allows you to shop without sharing any financial information, and is 100% protected against unauthorized payments. You must first have a PayPal account established through www.paypal.com before we can process your order via PayPal.
